Having had more than 20 years of experience in working for and with companies in the sector, I had been pondering the idea of a new approach for some time. People would often ask me where I saw the possibilities of doing things differently in a sector which had been set in its ways. Yet, since my entry into the logistics branch, the services offered had been constantly developing, to the extent that it has truly transformed. Processes were slower 20 years ago, but the people involved in the logistics process were keen and dedicated. I value the dedication and determination that has marked this sector and it has been my motivation. My team and I have been constantly driven by the dedication, passion, ambition and inspiration.
